Our charming Beach Bungalow sits just steps from the beach inside a gated beachfront condo community, complete with pool and common grilling area. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo for rent and sleeps 4, with a private master bedroom and pullout sofa bed in living room. Recently renovated with beautiful upgrades, this unit comes with a gourmet kitchen, complimentary WiFi and cable. Walk out of the front gates onto 1st Street with restaurants and nightlife in walking distance. Your stay can be filled with quiet relaxation, beach meditation and pool days or take advantage of the nightlife, beach cruising and site seeing!

  Our unit was behind the units shown in the picture, so no view. With that said for the price it was a great spot.steps to the beach, well appointed kitchen, comfy bedroom and sitting room. Keven was very responsive to any questions- a real professional (and nice guy). We had a lovely stay despite the somewhat foul weather.

  Very clean. Loved the cinnamony smell when I walked in the door. Bed is so comfortable. I love how I can step onto the beach within a few feet. Glad to see the pool was open. Property Manager was very responsive.

  Loved this bungalow! The decor is cozy, the location is perfect, and it made our stay easy. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. The pool is crystal clear & pool deck clean. Walk to the beach is just over the dunes. Property management staff goes above and beyond!

  My wife, daughter, and I stayed a few days next to the Atlantic and enjoyed every moment of it. The bungalow was cozy and there was no noise or distractions near enough to cause us any problem with enjoying the surfside atmosphere. The bungalow is less than 100 yds from the waterline and a few steps from the door and you're wading in serenity. We will return in the future. No complaints at all!

  Very nice rental. Communication with Ashton was super easy. Very clean. It is small and only one bathroom but worked great for our family of 3. Very close to pool and ocean! Definitely recommend.
