Conveniently located close to Casa Marina Hotel, Margaritaville Hotel and across the street from The Refinery restaurant and market. This comfortable townhome features awesome direct ocean views on the corner of 1st Street and 8th Avenue North in Jacksonville Beach. Located just across 1st Street from the 8th Avenue North beach access. This townhouse features a fenced paver courtyard on the ground floor that allows for relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the beach ambiance. The homes has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths along with a 2 car garage. Propane Grill and Games available for use! Ask about our beach equipment and bike options!

On the first level there is a bedroom and bath with two sets of sliding doors out onto the courtyard. This bedroom has an ensuite bath with queen bed.

The second level is where the main living space is, including the updated kitchen and great family/dining area with terrific views of the ocean. The balcony wraps around with plenty of room to enjoy not only the view but the relaxing sounds of the ocean. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd level, the bedroom has a queen bed and the bath is just next to it in the hallway, but not ensuite. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on this level as well.

The 3rd level is secluded and dedicated completely to the enormous master bedroom and bathroom suite, giving all the privacy with its own private balcony facing the ocean. The master bath has double vanities as well as a jetted tub and separate shower. There is also a reading nook with chaise lounge and desk area as well. This room has a king sized bed.

The convenience of the location of this property enables you to enjoy all that Jax Beach has to offer within walking distance! There are many restaurants and bars in the area including the newly opened Margaritaville!

The unit next door (Margarita Villa B) is also available to rent in conjunction with this unit giving you a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 baths.

  We were there for a wedding. Rented both sides and it worked out great for our families. Location was close to venue as well as easy quick access to the beach. We would definitely stay there again with a large group.

  We loved this home so much that we would offer to buy it if we could afford it! The location is perfect, directly across the street from the public beach access.   Our family vacation was absolutely AWESOME... the beach was VERY near to the rental house , the house was well decorated and layedout, it totally accommodated our whole family 2 parents 1 adult child 2 teens and a kid along with twin infants. The scenery of sunrise & sunset was breathtaking. Restaurants , grocery store etc was close. We brought our own beach supplies but it was a book that supplied all the local venders and shops in the area. I am immediately looking at schedules to see what dates we can cost AGAIN!

  This was a PERFECT home for our family vacation. Thoughtful details throughout the house, decor was very nice and beds were comfortable.   The Margarita Villa A is literally across the street from 8th Street N beach and is also across from a nice restaurant that has a great view and good food. The Villa might have two sets of stairs to climb to access the three levels, but each floor is tastefully decorated and welcoming. Having a bedroom on each level provides private sleeping quarters. The kitchen is well stocked, and the open floor plan is great for gathering and hanging out. There are plenty of bathroom and beach towels and bedding provided to use, and Kevin, the Property Manager, is responsive and helpful and a pleasure to work with in not only booking but also taking care of any needs. This is a great place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience!

  The location proximity to the beach is great ! At night the noise level on the street was quite loud with music and loud cars. The house was very clean and only stocked with initial use items such as toilet paper and paper towels. we had a small child with us and brought baby gates to block off the stairs both going up and down stairs. We also used Amy's Consignment to rent a crib and high chair which was a big help. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed the house.

  If you're looking to be right in the action of Jax Beach, this is your place. Located at a 4 way stop sign, it is louder than i would prefer. Loud cars, loud motorcycles and loud music always passing by. Not a quiet location if you're looking for a peaceful stay on the beach.
  Great view and walking distance to the beach though.
  Plenty of space with lovely decks and outdoor patio.
  Property managers were very accommodating and easy to work with.

  Margarita Villa was beautiful townhouse steps from the beach. We loved hearing the ocean from the balconies and sitting on the front patio at night. The grill was great. We dined al fresco on the patio several times. While we didn’t use them, there were plenty of beach cruisers and beach toys avail for the family. The beds were very comfortable & there were plenty of towels. Kevin the manager was very helpful. We will definitely be back!
