  I booked this place as I was going to be travelling to Jax to visit Mayo Clinic for a Cancer Surgery and needed a place that did not feel like a hotel to recover for a week after surgery. This place was perfect. From the day we arrived, Kevin had the place opened up and waiting on us with soft music playing and all the lights on. The moment we arrived, I knew we picked the perfect place to stay for my recovery. The entire week and a half was great. The place is very quiet, not a busy place at all. The beach was empty and there is a nice little bar and grill next doow on the beach to grab a quick bite if you need it. I highly recommend this place and will be looking into booking it again in October when I have to fly back down for more checkups! Thanks again!

  This condo is so beautiful. The agent for the home, met us at the gate to let us in and walked us around the community and explained everything in detail. He also had turned on lights and music in the home prior to us entering and it gave such a serene welcome. WE will definitely be coming back again and again.

  This is an outstanding property! Hey had absolutely everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We were able to take in all the sunsets and sunrises from the oversized balcony. Very easy to rest and relax.

  Easy experience. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Space was plenty big and very clean. I didn't care for carpet in the bedrooms, in particularly at the beach, but that's personal preference.
  We rented in late September, so both the condo building and area were quiet, which is what we needed.
  Only bummer is that Hurricane Ian cut our trip short.

  The check in process was clunky as the agent insisted upon knowing an arrival time to obtain gate access. Traveling along I-75 from TN made this a difficult task and she was not very nice about it. After arrival, however, everything was perfect!
