Welcome to Spinnakers Reach Condominiums and the Owls Nest. This home is a large condominium with a wonderfully open and spacious floor plan ready for you and your family. Located on the beach in the world renowned Sawgrass Beach Country Club. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and sofa bed in loft. Three balconies provide views of the ocean, pool and gorgeous green spaces of Sawgrass and Ponte Vedra Beach.

A large kitchen looks over the dining and family room allows for large gatherings or intimate getaways. The kitchen is fully equipped for every chef's needs. If grilling is your thing, the home comes equipped with an oceanfront gas grille and the tools to use it.

The home has 3 bedrooms with upgraded mattresses and a very comfortable fold out sofa. Guest rooms on the first floor allow privacy for the master on the 2nd floor. Enjoy balconies from each bedroom with all bedrooms overlooking the pool.

A loft with 70inch TV provides space to spread out and enjoy one's own interest. Let the golf play downstairs while the kids game away in the loft. Newly installed TVs and a WiFi network with Gig speed service makes all your favorite programs available in high quality. Meshed WIFI enables a consistently strong signal in all parts of the home and on its balconies.

Relax by the crystal clear community pool which is only steps away from the condo and the beach. A secure storage area in the parking garage provides an easy way point for all your toys and beach stuff. Two parking spaces in the covered garage plus guests parking allows for multiple drivers and guests.

Ponte Vedra Beach is a beautiful quiet non-built up section of the coast. Having mostly residential homes and a few condominiums and clubs it is a lovely place to relax by the ocean. Staying in the Owls Nest will be both memorable and relaxing!

  We had a wonderful time in the The Owl's Nest. Kevin was extrememly helpful and accommodatig. We had absolutely zero issues with our stay. The property was very clean and spacious and as described. We did not do much outside of being on the beach daily. However, the area offers many choices on restaurants and family activities.
  We hope to be back for many years to come. Thanks Kevin for your help.

  We loved everything about our stay at 804 Spinnaker. The condo was perfect.. neat, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect.. beach was right there, easy access to A1A, and areas like St Augustine.
