This property was built in 1939 originally as a boarding house, but has been completed renovated and updated for 2022 creating a 3 bedroom home perfect for family gatherings. Bright, clean and modern and just across the street from the beach access.

The convenience of the location of this property enables you to enjoy all that Jax Beach has to offer within walking distance! There are many restaurants and bars in the area including Eleven South, a great restaurant very popular with the locals!

The unit upstairs (Mermaid II) is also available to rent in conjunction with this unit giving you a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 baths.

  Steps from the Ocean, directly across from
  Beach access ramp. My family really enjoyed their time inside this beachouse. It has a nice layout and in great condition. Very easy to relax on the couches after a long day at the beach or catch a movie on the Big TV.
  Our cocker spaniel, Tobi loved it also. The fenced in yard was awesome and walks around the block were met with other friendly dog owners.
  We will definitely be coming back.
  Kevin is a real nice guy to book with too. He did a great job making is feel right at home.
