Welcome to SURF SHACK - Modern Home by the Beach, a tastefully appointed and distinctive 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach getaway just a block away from the sand and surf in Jacksonville Beach.

This two-story home offers ocean views and is located on 2nd Street in north Jax Beach, in close proximity to renowned restaurants and bars, including the new Margaritaville Hotel.

Step inside to find a cozy sitting area on the lower level, complete with a TV and a sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The ground level also features two guest rooms - one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king-sized bed, both equipped with TVs. These rooms share a bathroom and provide direct access to the outdoor patio.

Upstairs, the second floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a full gourmet kitchen featuring a gas cooktop. Enjoy the ocean-facing balcony off the living room and a convenient half bath on this level. Retreat to the primary bedroom suite at the back of the home, which includes a king bed, TV, and a spacious master bath with a large shower.

Outside, relax on the paver patio with ample seating and a grill for al fresco dining. The home also offers a garage and is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and the 6th Avenue North beach access adjacent to Margaritaville.

Embrace the convenience of this property's location, allowing easy access to all that Jax Beach has to offer, with an array of restaurants and bars within walking distance, including the Casa Marina Hotel, Rooftop Bar, Margaritaville Hotel, and The Refinery restaurant and market.

  We loved every everything about this rental property. The backyard was perfect for my 5 year old to play while my teenagers laid out. Easy and very close access to the beach. My favorite part was the balcony. The neighbors were so friendly and we loved the Delicomb restaurant across the street. This was the perfect location. I would definitely recommend this vacation spot!

  The home was clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was great. The rental company was a pleasure to work with. The main shower was not draining and they fixed it within a couple of hours. The kitchen was well appointed and they even provided beach chairs and towels. We will definitely stay here again.
