A Wave From It -A- consists of the 2nd and 3rd floor levels as a 3 bedroom 3 bath option. There is a dual locked interior door that can be open to make this adjoining units for the 4 bedroom option.

The second floor features the main house living area with open living/dining area and access to 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Fully stocked and equipped gourmet kitchen. There is also a bedroom and full bath on this level.

The third floor has the primary bedroom and large en-suite bath with separate tub and step in shower. Also on this level is another bedroom and full bath.

2nd floor deck features multiple seating options and grill. The 3rd floor deck features dining table and awesome expansive views of the ocean. The property has WIFI and smart TV's.

Located in the 10th Avenue North area of Jacksonville Beach, this home is convenient to all the dining and entertainment options Jax Beach has to offer!

  This location was the next best thing to being oceanfront, offering instead a sweeping 360 degree views, including of the ocean. Loved being able to walk to Jax Beach and Atlantic Beach for shops and restaurants. Property feels brand new, all the latest amenities (don't miss the tub!). Would definitely recommend this property.

  The home was just redone and is absolutely beautiful. Everything is top-notch. The beds are super comfy. The floor plan is open. It has three bedrooms, three full baths and nice ocean views. We loved the rooftop deck. Great for lunch, happy hour, sunrise and relaxation. Close to everything. Kevin, the host, was very easy to get in touch with and nice to work with.
