  This was our second time at Beach Villa. We loved having Christmas on the beach. The kids enjoyed the sound of waves and walks on the beach. We rented the full villa which allowed us to have two kitchens for cooking a delightful holiday feast. The family created lasting memories with beachside activities. We could not have asked for better weather.

  House was very well done. Perfect for three couples to stay plus one. Loved the rooftop deck as it was Blue Angels weekend. Incredible!
  Grill out back needed some TLC and maybe a few more coffee mugs in the kitchen but overall great.

  We enjoyed our stay at A Wave From It tremendously. The location of the house is great, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. We had both units for 4 couples and it worked out well. It was clean, plenty of space, comfy furniture, no complaints. The rental folks were easy to communicate with on several questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

  We rented this house when we met our son out in Jacksonville for the Chiefs/Jags game! It accommodated our party of 8! It’s so nice that each room has the ability to have there own bathroom! It’s in a great location where you can walk to pretty much everything and feel safe! The view from the top is beautiful and so relaxing to just hang out! I would highly recommend this rental!!!

  The Wave From It did not dissapoint! We had a fun weekend at the beach with some West Coast friends we hadn’t seen in 3 years. The property was clean, well maintained and nicely designed. Only hiccup was an A/C issue that was addressed promptly by the host. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this property to any of our family/friends!
