Awesome direct ocean view in this 3 story townhouse on the corner of 1st Street and 8th Avenue North in Jacksonville Beach. Located just across 1st Street from the 8th Avenue North beach access. This townhouse features a fenced paver courtyard on the ground floor that allows for relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the beach ambiance. Combined townhomes features 6 bedrooms and 6 baths along with a 2 car garage.

On the first level there is a bedroom and bath with two sets of sliding doors out onto the courtyard. This bedroom has an ensuite bath with queen bed.

The second level is where the main living space is, including the updated kitchen and great family/dining area with terrific views of the ocean. The balcony wraps around with plenty of room to enjoy not only the view but the relaxing sounds of the ocean. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd level, the bedroom has a queen bed and the bath is just next to it in the hallway, but not ensuite. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on this level as well.

The 3rd level is secluded and dedicated completely to the enormous master bedroom and bathroom suite, giving all the privacy with its own private balcony facing the ocean. The master bath has double vanities as well as a jetted tub and separate shower. There is also a reading nook with chaise lounge and desk area as well. This room has a king sized bed.

The convenience of the location of this property enables you to enjoy all that Jax Beach has to offer within walking distance! There are many restaurants and bars in the area including the newly opened Margaritaville!

Each unit has the same layout and floor plan.

  First time renting a property of this nature. Wedding venue was at the Casa Marina. We could not have asked for a better location to stay. Much to do and all within walking distance and through use of the van system provided for the night life scene. Property it self was better than staying in a hotel and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.

  We rented both units A & B for a family gathering. The units were spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The location was a block from the ocean and close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. We would definitely rent these units again!

  Perfect house with easy beach access. Close to shops and restaurants. Only a couple blocks from Casa Marina where our son got married. We rented both units. 2 couples in one and 2 couples and a single in the other one. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Lots of room for the family to gather. Houses were completely equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Kevin at the Management office was quick to respond for any question I had. Very professional.

  We had a family member's wedding to attend in Jacksonville and decided to add a little beach time while the whole family was together. This was the perfect location. Not only was it just steps from the beach, it was just a few miles from all the wedding event locations (bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, Church and reception). The outdoor area was great for the kids to play and for a family pizza dinner. I would highly recommend the whole property for a large group or either side for a smaller group.
