  Dealing with Lancelot's Castles, and especially Kevin, was a breeze. Great communication, timely responses, and on-time for check-in.
  The unit was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen was complete and fully functional.

  The management team was very helpful and responsive in accommodating our arrival and departure requests due to travel complications. The condo was a gated, secure, quiet community. The corner condo had stunning views of Jax Beach, was very spacious, had comfortable furniture and beds, and was well stocked for anything we might need – including coffee and filters. When we notified management for a couple small issues, they were quick to respond and remedy whatever they could like replacing a faulty toaster within hours. They also supplied us with anything we would need for the beach! So wonderful. Although filling out all the resort paperwork took time when scheduling, it was definitely a place we would love to return to and recommend to friends.

  The condo is on the 8th floor of the Acquilus I building. Check-in and out was very easy. Kevin from Lancelot met us at the agreed upon time of 4:00 pm, provided us with the necessary keys and instructions on entering and exiting the building, and walked us through the condo. It took only about 15 minutes to get all set. The condo is located on the northeast corner of the building and has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and beaches to the north and east. The condo was very clean and quiet. I think we heard a neighbor's door shut one time in the week we were there. The condo has its own garage that fits a full size car (rental definition of a full size - Toyota Camry). Access to the building through the security gates and doors is easy with the provided electronic key fob. The condo is nicely furnished and has all the appliances we needed during our stay. Grocery stores are located relatively close to the condo as are several decent restaurants. We had a wonderful relaxing week in Jacksonville Beach!

  This is a wonderful spot! When we walked in the door, we immediately felt welcomed by the spacious and open floor plan. Everything we needed was there, and spotlessly clean. There is a wonderful, large balcony overlooking the ocean which is complete with a grill. The location is perfect, the beach is wide and flat—perfect for walking* or playing. The condo is a very short walk to the downtown area. The unit is in great shape, the rental managers are friendly, professional, and responsive. You won’t be sorry if you rent here!

  This could not have been a better place to celebrate my wifes 60th birthday with our family. Jax Beach was centrally located for all. The amenities in the condo were excellent(balcony gas grill-kitchen appliances-comfortable beds-beach toys-towels). The private garage was an awesome feature, especially for storing our personal beach gear at the end of the day instead of puttiing it back in the car or hauling it upstairs. Plus the ice machine down stairs was a bonus. The only amenities lacking was a shortage of toilet paper and kitchen garbage bags which usually have not been a issue at other VRBO rentals we have stayed at(but stores are close by). Great stay/great weekend and would absolutely stay there again!

  We spent 4 nights in this well-appointed, 8th floor condo in a very private building. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Secure parking (2 spaces - private garage and designated outside space) made it very convenient to come and go. The unit was very clean and everything was was in good condition. If you have kids, they will love all of the beach toys stored in the garage... surf boards, kites, bicycles, buckets and shovels, etc. The furniture was very comfortable and so is the large corner balcony overlooking the ocean. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals.
