    The condo, which is large but somewhat outdated, has a lovely covered patio that leads right out to the grounds, ocean, and pool. The furnishings are comfortable.

    A very nice condominium at a superior Ponte Vedra Beach location...walking distance to the Saw Grass Country Club Beach Club...less than a mile to the Saw Grass CC Golf Club and a little over a mile from a superior shopping complex. The building is excellently matained...example: glass surface approaches to the elevator columns were cleaned two times weekly. The 913 condo unit was adequately furnished but the service contents (cooking utinsuls, vacuum cleaner, guest room bathroom towels) could stand some improvement.
    Overall, on a scale of one to ten, I would give this unit a 9.5.
